A little about the Bistro...
Executive Chef Joshua Keating has designed the Bistro menu to capture the freshness of Santa Barbara Farmer's Markets. We use organic foods and seasonal produce from local family farms and food artisans wherever possible. We roast all our own meats in house to insure the highest quality.
Coming soon -- vegetables from our own herb and vegetable garden in the Valley.
